We build thermal optics for people who depend on them in the field, and we stand behind every unit we ship.

The No Blackout Guarantee covers your TDX thermal optic for five years from your date of purchase. If a covered defect shows up under normal use, we repair or replace it at our discretion. If we cannot complete the repair within five business days of receiving your unit, we replace it with one of equal or better condition and cover the return shipping.

That protection runs deep into the optic: the thermal detector, the array cards, the germanium optical elements, and the internal electronics.

We repair or replace within five business days of receiving your unit, or we send a replacement of equal or better condition.

5-Year Coverage

Full coverage against defects in materials and workmanship, measured from your original date of purchase.

Transferable

The warranty follows the optic. Coverage always runs from the original purchase date.

The TDX No Blackout Guarantee covers the thermal optic and its internal components under normal use. It does not cover theft, loss, intentional damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage that does not affect performance. See the full warranty terms for complete details.
